An example of creating space over a two-car garage, for ‘right now’ storage but planned to become a future master bedroom/master bath suite in the future.
This project involved extensive redesign of a home in Livonia to add features missing from the original house. The homeowner wanted to add a garage, extra bedroom, extra bathroom and a family room; and to modernize the kitchen and combine two small bedrooms into a master suite with its own bath.
The completed project from the exterior.
