This project consisted of expanding a kitchen and garage area and adding a mud room.
The revised front of the structure includes a two car garage and a covered porch leading into the laundry room. (Note the skylight [circled in red] which brings light into the windowless room.)
A smaller overhead garage door and ramp were added at the rear to allow lawn mower traffic.
The original outside wall was removed (at the point marked by the red line) to provide an additional 10 feet of space for enlargement of the kitchen and the addition of a mud room (not shown).

The homeowners wished to tie together a replacement fireplace and a new television/stereo center. We constructed a built-in unit to accommodate the owners book, CD, VHS and DVD
collection, and blended it to harmonize with a custom fireplace mantel and surround built to their specifications.
